NOVA REFRACTORIES - PRESENTATION
NOVA Refractories A.D. (NOVA), was founded in December 2013 following which it acquired the existing refractory plant and assets in Pehchevo, Macedonia. The factory itself exists since 1949, when it was established as a state company named “Crvena Zvezda”. In 2004 the factory was privatized. The current shareholders of NOVA acquired the assets under an execution procedure at the far end of 2013. Currently, having over 65 years’ experience in manufacturing high-quality refractory materials, the factory has significantly developed by expanding the range of products and increasing the production levels by inculcating modern production techniques following necessary capex spending made by the Shareholders. The quality of products has been improved significantly by improving the raw material mix and proper process supervision leading to applauds from all customers, local and abroad.
NOVA is associated with Cunico Resources N.V. Group (http://www.cunicoresources.com) being one of its founding Shareholders through its wholly owned subsidiary FENI Industries A.D. in Macedonia. NOVA is currently one of the leading refractory material providers in the region to large and esteemed industrial end users. In this regard, NOVA, in close partnership with its customers, develops new products and technical solutions underpinned with superior technical expertise. The professionalism shown by our highly skilled staff and driven management puts any company making use of our refractory services at ease.
NOVA is a producer of both alumina and magnesia refractory products - formed (refractory bricks) and granular (refractory masses, mortars, concrete), and is among notably few producers that produce and offer both production programs.
